ROTARY CLUB OF WOOOLLOONGABBA invites you to a tasting event presented by TASTEPOINT Pty Ltd IN QUEENLAND
WHEN Saturday 30th January 2021 first session commencing at 4.45pm.
This Tasting Event requires: 60 people aged 18 or over who eat red meat regularly (i.e. at least once a fortnight). There will be 3 sessions of 50-minutes of 20 consumers. This allows adequate time for sanitising in between sessions. Sessions will run from 5.00pm to 5.50pm, 6.00pm to 6.50pm and 7.00pm to 7.50pm.

The Dinner is a tasting event working on improving the eating quality of Australian Beef and Lamb and is part of an Australia wide Meat and Livestock of Australia on behalf of Meat and Livestock of Australia. You will be served 7 tastings of Lamb and complete a survey on the taste of the product.
Tastepoint has the role of gathering consumers perceptions on the eating quality of meat.
All samples provided to Tastepoint are Australian Beef and Lamb and are collected and stored under the strict regulations of the Meat Industry. Tastepoint will be grilling cooked lamb for sensory testing.
Tastepoint has a Queensland Government Covid safe Checklist and adheres to the Queensland Government Covid Safe Guidelines
